At Members First Federal Credit Union, our greatest priority is the health and safety of our members and employees. As such, we are alclosely monitoring the daily developments regarding COVID-19 (coronavirus) and are following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) and local government officials. 

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: Both the Dundalk and Perry Hall branches will be closed to lobby traffic until further notice. The dundalk branch drive thru will remain open from 9am to 4:30pm. We have also increased our ATM daily limit. For your loan and member services needs, you can give us a call at 410.633.8850

We also encourage the use of our online banking services, mobile app and ATMs, which are available 24/7. If you have not yet enrolled in our online banking services and need assistance, please call us at 410-633-8850 and we will be happy to assist you. 

As always, we are here for our members to provide financial  support and guidance. Please know we are working on options and dedicated assistance programs should you be impacted by COVID-19.

WHAT WE ARE DOING:

As a precaution, we have invested in additional cleaning and disinfecting services at all of our locations. Furthermore, our employees are exercising everyday preventative measures like washing hands regularly and cleaning personal workspaces to help prevent the spread of germs. 

WHAT YOU CAN DO - PERSONAL PREVENTATIVE MEASURES:

While there is currently no vaccine to protext against the virus, the CDC and NYSDOH recommend the following preventative actions to minimize the spread of all communicable diseases, including COVID-19:

-wash your hands often with soap and water for at least  20 seconds.
-If soap and water are not available, use hand sanitizer
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands
- Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces
- Practice handshaking when possible
- Stay home when you are sick

BE AWARE

During this time, we want to remind you to be viligant against scames, including fraudulent phone calls and text messages. Members First will never contact you directly to request account numbers, passwords, debit or credit card numbers, expiration dates, (PIN) personal identification numbers or Social Security numbers. If you feel you have received a fraudulent call and are concerned about potential fraud on your account, please contact our Call Center immediately.
